• Wireless phone charging pads, with additional outlets. We provide multi-device (Android, iPhone, Apple Watch) charging cables for your stay.
• Basic essentials for children: high chair, booster seats, stroller, 2 Graco pack & plays, Halo infant bassinet, toys, books, games, plates & utensils, changing pad, baby bath & beach tent.
• Pet essentials - (2) memory foam pet beds, stainless steel food & water bowls, waterproof blankets, drying towels, extra leashes, poopy bags, toys and a crate.

Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet time after 10 PM to respect the tranquility of our lakeside neighborhood.

Adhere to Local Short Term Rental Bylaws: No parking on lawns, no overnight street parking, and daytime street parking must be safe and not impeding traffic.

Pet Policy: Please let us know if you're bringing pets, so we can set up bowls, beds, toys, and pet towels & blankets. Adhere to Massachusetts leash laws, leash your dog outdoors, and clean up after them to avoid a $200 fee for front and backyard cleanup. Pet owners are liable for damages caused by their pets.

Disclosure of security monitoring devices: The property has the following monitoring devices installed in common outdoor spaces only to ensure guest safety:
• Outdoor security cameras monitor all entrances (front, rear, patio), front yard, backyard and backyard gates. Footage is not monitored actively; only upon an incident that requires further investigation.
• In compliance with laws and regulations, we DO NOT monitor any indoor living space occupied by guests.
• Outdoor noise monitoring device to detect excessive noise especially during local quiet hours.
• Tampering with any of these security devices is strictly prohibited and can result in immediate cancellation of ongoing reservations.
